To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Land Surveyor will review work performed by Field Technicians, direct drafting on boundary solutions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Calculate property characteristics including heights, depths, and property lines Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys Verify the accuracy of survey data and ensure compliance with legal standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in land surveying State Licensed PLS, PSM, RPLS, or LS with experience in GA, TN, and SC Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of GPS and total stations Strong research skills in surveying and mapping methods
