For new-age digital networks and content owners that want to create the new standard of ad supported streaming experiences, Transmit.Live provides a transformative cross-screen video publishing and monetization solution. With a head start in disrupting a multibillion-dollar streaming marketplace, our technology enables media operators to create new inventory supply through innovative in-content ad experiences that sustain viewer attention across all owned and distributed OTT channels, while establishing a more meaningful connection between brands and viewers.

We are looking for a qualified Senior Media Strategist to join our team and take ownership of account strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of our Media Strategists. This role works closely with agency partners, Ad Operations, Design, and internal leadership to drive account success and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate combines strong digital media expertise with proactive problem-solving and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you will do:

• Own the day-to-day health of your account portfolio and pipeline, making informed account-level decisions and managing campaign needs, client requests, and deliverables
\n
• Anticipate account risks and client needs, proactively identifying challenges and recommending solutions
\n
• Drive growth through strategic recommendations, proposals, and presentations that strengthen existing partnerships and help develop new business opportunities
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution, creative development, long-term planning, and project recaps
\n
• Identify trends and opportunities across your account portfolio, sharing insights with the broader team
\n
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day support to Media Strategists, helping strengthen team capabilities and professional development.

Requirements:

\n
• 4+ years of experience in an agency or digital media setting, experience working with clients preferred
\n
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly share strategic recommendations and complex information
\n
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, prioritize competing responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and take ownership beyond assigned tasks
\n
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate campaign insights, internal initiatives, and industry trends into actionable recommendations
\n
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members
\n
• Background in advertising technology and/or sports media preferred
\n
• Interest in media trends, audience insights, advertising, and the sports industry
\n
