Ready to take the lead on complex land surveying projects and make an impact?
Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Surveyor to lead project delivery, oversee field and office teams, and ensure accurate, high-quality surveying solutions from start to finish.
THE OPPORTUNITY
• Lead land surveying projects from initiation through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Provide technical oversight for boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
• Guide field and office teams while maintaining quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5+ years of relevant land surveying experience
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveying
• Experience with surveying project management, team coordination, and client delivery
• Proficiency with industry surveying software and equipment, including Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica or comparable systems
SALARY: $83,200–$141,440 annually
LOCATION: Chantilly, VA | Onsite
EMPLOYMENT: Full-time
