Carolyn Tack Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our established and growing team.

We are a top 3% Allstate agency nationwide , and we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with an agency that invests in its people. You'll have access to warm leads, an existing book of business, and significant marketing support, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships, helping customers, and growing new business.

Compensation will be based on experience, with commission and bonus opportunities. Our top producers earn $100,000+ annually , and we're willing to invest in the right person who is ready to make an impact and grow with the agency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Work warm leads provided through the agency and consistently follow up to build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business
• Manage an existing book of business through proactive customer outreach, policy reviews, and identifying additional coverage needs
• Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM and work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Process new business accurately, including underwriting, applications, and required documentation
• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry changes while working closely with the agency owner and team to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
• Previous insurance industry experience required
• Active Life & Health Insurance License is a plus
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve high earning potential
• Professional demeanor with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a supportive environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with technology and multiple software systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
