Responsibilities
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and goals.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed established new business production goals.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Requirements
• Property & Casualty License preferred , but will consider exceptional non-licensed candidates with proven sales or customer service experience.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and as a team.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
