JobSummary
- Thispositionisresponsibleformaintainingahigh-energy,positiveenvironment,wherebehaviorsthatsupportclient-centricserviceareconsistentlydemonstrated.TheAssistantSalonDirectorhelpsdrivestoreperformance,fosterssuperiorclientservice,andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals.ThisindividualwillmanageandsuperviseTanningConsultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations.TheAssistantSalonDirectorfostersasenseofurgencytoachieveobjectivesandholdstheteamaccountablefordeliveringanexceptionalclientexperience.
Tasks&Responsibilities:
Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:
- Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment.
- Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations.
- Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment.
- EstablishescleargoalsandobjectivesforTeamMembers.
- Providescoaching,training,andfeedbacktoimproveTeamMembers’dailyperformance.
- Generatesalesreports,maintaininventory,andassistwithotherSalonDirectorfunctions.
- AssisttheSalonDirectorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses.
- Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts.
- AbilitytoworknightsaswellasSaturdaysandSundaysasrequiredtoprovidemanagementcoverage.
- Hasreliableabilityandtransportationtogotothebankasneeded.
- Candidateshouldexpecttoworkfivedaysperweek,andapproximatelya35-40hourworkschedule.
Experience:
- Collegeeducationpreferredbutnotrequired.
- Managementand/orSalesexperiencerequired.
- BasicComputerskills(abilitytouseWord,Excel,andOutlook)
- Abilitytomanageeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment,managingmultiplesituationssimultaneously.
