What You'll Do

As an Apprentice Install Plumber, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training in:

• Excavation and underground pipe repair
• Drain jetting and sewer restoration
• Pipe lining and coating solutions
• Floor break and concrete repair projects
• Water heater, tankless water heater, sump pump, and water filtration installations
• Re-pipes, stack replacements, and larger plumbing system upgrades
• Installation of residential plumbing fixtures and equipment
• Understanding job scopes and plumbing system design
• Using ServiceTitan for dispatching and job management

What to Expect

• Work around equipment such as jackhammers, air compressors, and power tools
• Exposure to dirt, gravel, mud, dust, crawl spaces, attics, and basements
• Hands-on training and career development opportunities
• Register as a Plumbing Apprentice with the State of Michigan
• Become proficient in ServiceTitan within your first 30 days
• Learn plumbing parts, tools, and installation best practices

What You Bring

• 0-2 years of plumbing or construction experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• 9-panel drug screening
