Payroll Administration

• Manage full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing for multiple locations across different states.
• Review and validate timecards, attendance records, payroll adjustments, and employee information.
• Process payroll adjustments, manual checks, off-cycle payments, and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll reports, maintain accurate records, and prepare payroll-related journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including wage and hour regulations.
• Process garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and benefit deductions.
• Coordinate payroll tax filings, W-2 processing, and year-end reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate payroll data within payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems.

Accounting & Financial Support

• Assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support the preparation and review of profit and loss (P&L) statements.
• Assist management with financial reviews, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate financial and payroll records.
